Good evening All,
We are hosting our 1st Annual Eagles Nest Harvest Ball for our Community Living Center (CLC) residents and their guest on Saturday, October 13, 2018, 3:00pm – 7:00pm in the Medical Center Canteen Dining Room.
We need your help to make this "Black Tie Affair" a huge success for our CLC residents and guest. Please let us know if your organization can provide help in any of the following areas listed below:
Volunteers
Set-up and/or tear-down
Serve meals & drinks
Decorate the Canteen Dining Room
Musician and/or Band
Military Color Guard (Post Colors)
Photographer
Barbers/Beauticians
Resources
Black Men Suits (Jacket & Pants) - 12 each
White Men Shirts – 12 each
Black Men Bow Ties – 12 each
Corsages (female residents only) – 4 each
Decorative paper plates, napkins and silverware to match our theme
Non-Alcoholic Champagne and Sparkling Wines
Small custom gift bags & items for 200 guests
Decorations (Fall Harvest Theme)
White Table Cloths & Centerpiece (size tbd) - 75 each
Curtains/Draperies
Red Carpet
Note: Our female residents already have their dresses. We are planning for 200 guests.
