Comrades,
Once again this Country has been struck with a heart wrenching event which has changed the lives of so many in an instant. Surely we can not continue down this path of violence and uncivilized behavior. Although we can not change what has happened, we must learn from the past.
For now we need to come together to provide aid and comfort to those directly affect. We must provide assistance to the families and friends of those who's lives were taken too soon, to those that suffered wounds and to those that were present during the tragedy. These individuals are not just numbers, they have names, families and friends. They are our brothers and sisters.
Open your heart, reach out your hands in friendship and bow your head in prayer, as an entire Nation mourns this senseless act. Please fly our Nation's flag at half staff in remembrance of those that will never see another sunrise.
My condolences and most heartfelt sympathy to all that have been affected.
