Obituary
Mr. Jerry “JB2” M. Burkhead, Jr. of Hampton passed away on February 12, 2015. He was employed by Bellamy Strickland Chevrolet as the assistant parts manager and was a member and Past Master of Fraternal Lodge #37 F & AM, Shrine member and a member of The Sons of The American Legion Squadron #51, East Point, and served as a past Squadron Commander. Jerry went home to see his Lord and family members, wife, Andrea Nicole Burkhead, parents, Jerry Mack and Cynthia Bryant Burkhead and is survived by his loving daughters, Mackenzie and Allyson Burkhead; mother and father-in-law, Kaye and Paul Pruitt of Carrollton, VA; sister-in-law, Hillary Ketterman of Spokane, WA; nieces, Kailah Jackson, Emma Koontz, Mya Koontz, Ava Nicole Hodge and cousins. Funeral service will be held Monday, February 16, 2015 at 2 o’clock at the chapel of Parrott Funeral Home with Pastor Craig McAdams officiating. Interment to follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park.
